Celebrating the unique creativity and innovation of students for the farmers

First Agriculture Innovation Project Competition in Maharashtra for students is being planned by Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal’s Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Sagroli at last week in January, 2024. The competition will be the part of Krishi Mahotsav which is being organized by KVK Sagroli every year. To foster creativity and problem-solving within the students and also to aware the farmers about the innovative technologies in agriculture, we are organizing the Agriculture Innovation Project Competition 2024. It is a platform to the students and farmers for the direct discussions on their issues and solutions in the agriculture sector. In the event, the most recent agricultural technologies will also be introduced to the farmers and students by Krishimohostav event 2024.

Aim - The aim of Agriculture Innovation Project Competition is typically to foster creativity and problem- solving in the agricultural sector. The competition encourages students, farmers, individuals or teams to develop innovative solutions, technologies, or practices that can enhance productivity, sustainability, and overall efficiency in agriculture.

Goal - The goal is to address challenges in the agriculture sector and promote the advancements that contribute to the well-being of farmers, food security, and environmental sustainability. Innovation in agriculture is crucial for several reasons:

Participation Category - There are two Categories in the innovation project Competition
1. School
A. Primary
B. secondary
C. higher secondary

2. Higher Education (Graduation / Diploma)

The Rules and Guidelines for Innovation Project Competition.

With a project should have maximum two members (one who developed the project, should have student and family member/ teacher) only.
Multiple projects / Entries from the same organisation / Academic Institute/ School/ Colleges are allowed
The Project should have been register between 03 December -2023 to 03 January -2024. (The last date for registration is 03 January 2024)
The project should be original and should not have been published in any Book /Journal / Social media
Jury’s decision shall be final and binding on all.
The Organizing committee reserves the right of Addition, Deletion and Modification of rules as may be deemed fit, with or without any notice.
