मुख्य उद्देश: महिलांमधील श्रमकष्ट कमी करणे, काढणी प्रक्रियेत वेळेची बचत करणे, आधुनिक ज्वारी काढणी यंत्रांचा कार्यक्षम वापर करून काढणीनंतरची कामे सुलभ करणे. कार्यक्रमादरम्यान सुधारित कृषी यंत्रांबाबत जनजागृती करण्यात आली. विशेषतः, आधुनिक ज्वारी काढणी यंत्रे कशी कार्यक्षमपणे वापरता येतात, ज्यामुळे महिलांचा शारीरिक ताण कमी होईल, याचे प्रात्यक्षिक दाखविण्यात आले. या यंत्रांमुळे काढणीनंतरची कामे किती सुलभ होतात आणि कार्यक्षमता कशी वाढते, हे प्रात्यक्षिकादरम्यान प्रभावीपणे अधोरेखित करण्यात आले. यावेळी सहभागी महिलांना एकूण १० आधुनिक ज्वारी काढणी यंत्रे वितरित करण्यात आली. येणाऱ्या काळात काढणीच्या टप्प्यावर फील्ड डे आयोजित केला जाईल, ज्यामुळे मजुरीची गरज कमी होणे, कापणीदरम्यान होणारा शारीरिक त्रास कमी होणे आणि वेळेची बचत होणे अपेक्षित आहे. हे पाऊल महिला शेतकऱ्यांना अधिक सशक्त आणि आत्मनिर्भर बनवण्यासाठी महत्त्वाचे आहे. #BCRCProject #FLDProgram #शेतकरीमहिला #आधुनिकयंत्रे #ज्वारीकाढणीयंत्रे #कृषियंत्रे #श्रमकष्टकमी #ममदापूर #ModernAgriculture #महिलासशक्तीकरण #शेती
An FLD program on sorghum harvesting tools was organized at Mamdapur village on 02 December 2025. The program was organized by the BCRC project. The main objective of this FLD program was to reduce the drudgery of women farmers, save time during the harvesting process, and simplify post-harvest operations through the efficient use of sorghum harvesting tools. Awareness regarding improved agricultural tools was created, and a demonstration was conducted to show how women farmers can efficiently use the sorghum harvesting tools to reduce their workload. The role of these tools in simplifying post-harvest operations, reducing physical strain, and improving work efficiency was effectively highlighted during the demonstration. A total of 10 sorghum harvesting tools were distributed to women farmers. A field day will be conducted during the harvesting stage, which is expected to help reduce labor requirements, minimize physical strain during harvesting, and save time.
