Representatives of the Ankur Seeds Pvt Ltd visited the demo plot at KVK Sagroli.

SSM's krishi vigyan Kendra sagroli under ICAR-CICR conducting 'Special cotton project' at various villages. As of now a total of 90 farmers from the villages of Lalwandi Tq. Naigaon and Bavalgaon Tq. Biloli are ready to implement the 'Dada laad technology'. Ankur seed's Research officer Dr. Samir wadyalkar along with Mr. Satish Kulkarni visited the cotton plot where cotton trails will be conducted as per dada lad technology. Dr.Samir suggested some cotton varieties which are suitable for closer spacing and high density planting. (i.e. Saket, kirti, 3606) He assured his visits to the selected villages to guide farmers to enhance the cotton productivity.
