बोरगावात शेतकरी गट, गटशेती व बळकटीकरणावर विशेष प्रशिक्षण

कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र सगरोळी यांच्या वतीने बोरगाव येथे शेतकरी गट, गटशेतीचे फायदे आणि गटांचे बळकटीकरण या महत्त्वपूर्ण विषयांवर एकदिवसीय विशेष प्रशिक्षणाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते.
डॉ. प्रवीण चव्हाण यांनी सविस्तर मार्गदर्शन केले. त्यांनी गटशेतीच्या आधुनिक संकल्पना स्पष्ट करताना, गटशेती ही शेतकऱ्यांसाठी एक आर्थिक क्रांती कशी ठरू शकते, हे सोप्या भाषेत पटवून दिले.
•उत्पादन खर्च कपातीवर भर: डॉ. चव्हाण यांनी स्पष्ट केले की, गटशेतीमुळे बी-बियाणे, खते आणि अवजारे यांची खरेदी मोठ्या प्रमाणात करणे शक्य होते, ज्यामुळे प्रति युनिट उत्पादन खर्चात लक्षणीय घट होते.
•तांत्रिक समन्वय: गटशेतीत सामूहिक पद्धतीने काम केल्याने आधुनिक कृषी तंत्रज्ञान आणि नवीन वाणांचा वापर करणे सोपे होते.
•गटांचे बळकटीकरण आणि विपणन: गटांनी केवळ उत्पादन करण्यावर न थांबता, शेतकरी उत्पादक कंपनी (FPC) स्थापन करून थेट बाजारपेठेशी जोडणी करावी आणि आपल्या मालाचे योग्य मूल्यवर्धन (Value Addition) करून अधिक नफा मिळवावा, यावर त्यांनी विशेष भर दिला.

Training on Farmer Groups, Group Farming, and Strengthening in Borgaon

A one-day special training on the crucial topics of Farmer Groups, the Benefits of Group Farming (Gatsheti), and Strengthening Farmer Groups was organized by the Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Sagroli (Dist. Nanded), at Borgaon tq. Degloor dist. Nanded on December 3rd. A large number of farmers enthusiastically participated in this training. The training featured detailed guidance from Dr. Pravin Chavhan Scientist, Agril. Extension from Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Sagroli, Nanded-2. While clarifying the modern concepts of group farming, he simply explained how Gatsheti can be an economic revolution for farmers. • Focus on Reducing Production Costs: Dr. Chavhan explained that group farming enables farmers to purchase seeds, fertilizers, and farm implements in bulk, leading to a significant reduction in the per-unit cost of production. • Technical Coordination: Working collectively in group farming makes it easier to adopt modern agricultural technology and use new crop varieties. • Group Strengthening and Marketing: He specially emphasized that groups shouldn't stop at just production but should establish a Farmer Producer Company (FPC) to connect directly with the market. This allows them to get greater profits by properly doing Value Addition (processing) to their produce. Direct Interaction with Farmers Dr. Chavhan didn't just give a lecture but held a direct interaction with the farmers present. He thoroughly addressed the farmers' queries regarding the challenges faced during group farming, various government schemes, and crop planning according to weather conditions. Farmers also openly shared their experiences and success stories achieved through group farming. This training has provided a new direction for farmers regarding group farming, and many have promised to form groups and engage in collective farming in the future.
