Training Program on detailed information given to the farmers about Dada Lad Technology in Cotton crop.

7. Brief detail of activity: Bavalgaon Tq. Biloli Dist. Nanded is cotton growing village. Farmers of the village are active and they are well connected with the Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Sagroli. Keeping in this view and for next year farmes selection special cotton project one day training was organized at village level. Dr. D. V. Patil gave detailed information to the farmers about Dada Lad technology in cotton crop. While imparting information about the Dada Lad technology, he guided the farmers on distinguishing the difference between Monopodium and Sympodium and by guiding the farmers on how to increase production by cutting the branches and tips, the farmers were demonstrated by actual cutting of branches and tips. Dr. Krishna Ambhure guided the farmers about integrated pest and disease management in cotton crop. Farmers showed their interest for next year project implementation.
